Turbo argyrostoma is the Latin name for the Silver Mouth Turbo or Turban shells.  This bottle opener is approximately 4 ½” in total length.  The shell is the traditional pearlescent coloration of the Turbo Agyrostroma.  It spirals up to a conical point that resembles a spinning top.  This shell can bring a touch of relaxed elegance to any home.  Empty seashells are made into strong knobs, pulls, and tableware.
